With the COVID-19 pandemic, state associations have had to move their meetings from in-person to an online or virtual format. This Zoom meeting offered Executive Directors and state contacts the opportunity to discuss how some states have made the shift – the pros and the cons of their experiences, and what others might consider for their next virtual meeting. Aspects that need to be considered: sponsorships, exhibitors, voting, breakout sessions, lost revenue, expenses of a virtual format, various platforms to use, etc.
